We collect only the information needed to operate the marketplace and fulfill your orders:

• Account details — your name, email address, and mobile number, used to create and secure your account.
• Delivery information — your delivery addresses and location, used to show stores that deliver to your area and to deliver your orders.
• Order information — the items you view, add to your cart, save, or purchase, and your order history.
• Payment information — when online payment becomes available, payments are processed by our authorized payment partners on their own secure systems. We do not collect or store your card numbers or financial account details.
• Device and usage information — basic technical information such as your device, browser, and how you interact with the Services, used to keep the platform running and secure.

We use your personal information to: operate the marketplace (show stores that deliver to your area, process and deliver your orders, send order updates and account notifications); process refunds to your RAM Wallet; provide customer support; keep the platform secure and detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity; and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data.

We share your information only as needed to fulfill your orders and operate the Services:

• With the fulfilling store — the store handling your order sees the details needed to fulfill it (items, delivery address, contact number).
• With the delivery rider or courier — they see the delivery details needed to bring your order to you.
• With payment partners — when online payment is used, they see the payment amount and reference.
• With service providers — we use trusted third-party services to help operate the platform. For example, we use an error-monitoring service (Sentry, hosted in the United States) that receives technical error data only — no personal information such as your name, contact details, IP address, or account information is sent to it. We also use Google Maps Platform (Google LLC) to power address search and "Use my current location": when you search for an address, the text you type is sent to Google to return address suggestions; when you use your current location, your device's coordinates are sent to Google to resolve them to an address. Google does not receive your name, account, or order information through this feature.
• For legal reasons — we may disclose information to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Staff access to your personal information is role-restricted and audited.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

Under applicable law, you may: Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; Correct — request that we correct inaccurate information; Delete — request that we delete your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep by law (such as completed order and tax records); Manage communications — opt out of promotional messages at any time (we may still send non-promotional messages about your account or orders). You can update your details anytime in your account, or contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We use browser local storage to remember your cart, saved items, and chosen location. We keep tracking to the minimum needed to run the Services.

The Services are not intended for children below the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no security system is perfectly secure, and information sent over the internet may not be fully secure in transit. We retain your personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
