Terms of Service

Ramo ("Ramo," "we," "us," or "our") is an online marketplace operated by DRAGM Corporation that connects you with local stores and delivery riders within supported delivery zones. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, checkout, payment options, and related services (the "Service"). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service or sale to anyone, for any reason, at any time, subject to applicable law. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. Orders are subject to stock confirmation. Product listings, stock, and pricing come from the fulfilling store and may change without prior notice.

Accounts are created using your email address and password. Keep your login credentials secure — orders placed from your account are your responsibility. One account per person. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, delivery, and contact information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions and reach you when needed.

Product images, colors, dimensions, packaging, and accessories may vary from the actual unit. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color or image is accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final order totals, including delivery fees, are computed by our servers at checkout based on your order and delivery distance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or product errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.

Accepted payment methods are Cash on Delivery (COD) and RAM Wallet. Additional payment methods, including online payment through authorized payment partners, may be added in the future; when available, an online-paid order is confirmed only after payment is verified. A cart containing items from several stores is split into separate per-store orders, each delivered separately with its own status and delivery fee. For selected high-value items, bulk orders, or special-order items, additional verification or advance payment may be required before processing.

You may cancel an order while it is still pending (before the store begins preparing it). Payments for cancelled or unfulfilled orders are refunded to your RAM Wallet. For post-delivery issues, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery is available only within active delivery zones. Delivery fees, packaging, and any transit-related charges are computed at checkout and shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, store preparation time, or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

If you submit comments, reviews, feedback, or other content, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, and display it without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable law. We may remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, misleading, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose. This includes fraudulent orders, abuse of promotions or refunds, harassment of riders or store staff, and any attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform. We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

Products are sold by the fulfilling store with any warranties they carry. Warranty applies only under normal working conditions and proper use. Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, liquid or electrical damage, unauthorized repair, unauthorized opening, or hardware modification may void the warranty. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty requests. Warranty covers hardware only; software warranty, if any, is the responsibility of the software manufacturer or license provider. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full warranty and return terms. Technical support is available online, by phone, and in-store. No on-site support is provided unless separately agreed in writing.

Where offered, installment, financing, or credit options are provided through third-party partners such as Skyro or other approved providers. Approval, credit limits, down payment, interest, charges, penalties, payment schedules, and account servicing are controlled by the third-party partner, not by Ramo. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Your financial information and application documents must be submitted only through the official channels of the financing or payment partner. Ramo is not responsible for any issue, delay, rejection, or dispute arising from your separate agreement with a third-party partner.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Ramo, DRAGM Corporation, or our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased through it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under the Philippine Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ramo, DRAGM Corporation, and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we may collect and process the information necessary to complete your transaction, verify your order, provide support, coordinate delivery, process payment, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
