The Philippine government has approved P8.6 billion under the Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Assistance Program (DRRAP) to support the recovery of 306 LGUs heavily affected by disasters from 2024 to 2026, with more than P6 billion already released and another P2.5 billion approved and being downloaded to local governments.
