From termite damage and leaking bathrooms to shocking first impressions, the reality of renovating these Bondi apartments quickly hits home. And with their first fully renovated room due in only one week, the race begins immediately. At the end of the renovation, all four apartments will go under the hammer in a dramatic property auction, where the couples can keep the profits they make above the reserve price. Even more is at stake for the couple who achieves the highest sale price, with a massive $100,000 cash prize waiting for the winners.
